Cancellation Fees

- After finalizing the reservation: 10% of the rental fee
- 14 to 7 days before the scheduled rental date: 20% of the rental fee
- 6 to 2 days before the scheduled rental date: 50% of the rental fee
- From the day before the rental date onward: 100% of the rental fee

  • Is there a daily rate?
    We do not offer a daily rental rate.
    The shortest plan is a 3-day plan.
    If you add an extra day to each plan, it will cost 20,000 yen (tax included) per 24 hours.
  • When should I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made up to 3 days before the date of use.
  • Who should I contact if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
    Please contact our inquiry desk.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Applications can only be made via the online reservation system.
  • Is the camper an automatic vehicle (AT)?
    All are automatic vehicles (AT).
  • Can I drive it with a regular driver's license?
    You can drive it with a regular driver's license.
  • Is it okay to bring pets along?
    This is possible if you pay 20% of the usage fee.
  • Do you have car insurance?
    Liability insurance is included in the rental fee. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for details of the insurance.
  • Is delivery possible?
    Vehicle dispatch is not available.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment by credit card or bank transfer only.
    Cash payments are not accepted.
